Wet N Wild Fergie Centerstage Collection Limited Edition Eyeshadow Palettes - Swatches and Review

June 15, 2013

Hi! How is everyone doing? I went back to Walgreens recently and bought the eyeshadow palettes from the Fergie Summer Collection. I was really curious to see how the quality was going to be with these eyeshadows and if they are good like the other Wet N Wild eyeshadows. For some reason the shadows in the Fergie line are never as pigmented so I thought maybe it's improved. See more photos and swatches below!

The eyeshadows in this palette were very hit and miss. I liked the blues and the green shadows, but the lavender and gold shade were not that great. This palette is good for those that wear blue eyeshadow or even green. I would probably get good use out of the green shade, but it was a definite miss for me personally. I wanted to lavender shade to be awesome, but it was too light and chalky.

I was really excited for this one since I mostly wear neutral eyeshadows on a daily basis. Out of all five eyeshadows in this palette, only 2 were good. The bronze gold shade in the middle and the orange shadow were good, but the rest were (again) too light and chalky. I could hardly get the 3 light shades to show up when swatching and even on my eyelids.

Recommend? If you were looking to get some amazing pigmented eyeshadows from Wet N Wild, I would skip these and get the Coloricon Trios or the 8 pan palettes. Those are way more pigmented and worth it. There were okay but definitely not the best out there.

Wet N Wild Fergie Summer Collection Limited Edition Eyeshadow Palettes retail for $3.99 and can be found at Walgreens. These are limited edition.

Let me know what you think!

  1. Awesome review Stephanie! I probably would have bought these because they look so pretty, but definietly not after hearing they aren't very pigmented. :( That sucks because the lavender is sooo pretty!
