Swatches: Polly Pocket Eyeshadow Palette

Polly Pocket has always been something that takes me back to my childhood because they were one of my favorite things to play with when I was a kid. So when I saw the Mattel had came out with a small makeup collection through Hot Topic, I wanted to try it out for myself. The packaging definitely has a nostalgic feel and I couldn't resist picking up the eyeshadow palette. I already expected the quality to be terrible since I was mostly buying it for display/keepsake purposes. I have to say though it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. Swatches: Milani Cosmetics Bold Color Statement Matte Lipsticks

Today I have a few swatches and review of the new Milani Cosmetics Bold Color Statement Matte Lipsticks. I recently spotted them at my local CVS and was uncertain if I wanted to give them a try. Matte lipsticks are a product I avoid because they can make my lips look dry and feel really uncomfortable when wearing for a long period of time. I also don't like how they can emphasize the lines in my lips so I don't wear them that much. These new matte lipsticks by Milani are a drugstore game changer because they are pigmented, long lasing, and super comfy on the lips. Covergirl has launched 4 all new eyeshadow palettes that have a royal theme to them. I picked up the Revolution Eyeshadow Palette which comes with 12 eyeshadow shades which are mainly jewel-toned, metals and neutrals. My Experience With Jaclyn Cosmetics Lipstick

There has been a lot going on with Jaclyn Hill and the launch of her new nude lipstick collection. I just wanted to blog about my experience with ordering and if/what the problems were with my product. I was not waiting on the JC website for the launch minutes before. It just happened that I went back to check on the website to see if the shade I wanted was still in stock, and it was. I did purchase a lipstick that same day in the shade Fussy because I liked the swatches of the shade and the packaging. Shipping is fine and the lipstick arrived on within a decent time. The quality control though on this lipstick (and others that people have received) is a best very poor. Find out what my experience was below.

NEW! Urban Decay Perversion Mascara Is Now Waterproof

 Urban Decay has upgraded their Perversion Volumizing Mascara by now offering it in a waterproof formula. Up until now, I have not found a waterproof mascara that I really love and that does not make my lashes fall. This one though has been amazing and I have been wearing it non stop since it arrived at my home. The packaging is sleek and has the raised water  droplets on the tube which I really like. The brush is on the larger size, but not too big where it will apply messy. Also, the bristles help to keep the lashes separated and I notice that the curl lasts longer with this mascara throughout the day.

Fenty Beauty has recently came out with a few new products, including the Fenty Beauty Pro Kiss'r Luscious Lip Balm. I also purchased the Fenty Beauty Gloss Bomb in  Fenty Glow which is a rose nude shade.
