Maybelline Volum' Express Falsies Big Eyes Washable Mascara - Review

June 7, 2013

Get excited about another mascara from Maybelline that is amazing! This one is another Falsies mascara but this one a double ended one for upper lashes and lower lashes. I was just thinking about buying a lower lash mascara because I don't like using a big brush for my lower lashes. So I bought this at the perfect time. See more photos and my review below!

More information on this mascara:
Revolutionary dual-ended Mascara for 360° all around Lash Glam
Two brushes specifically designed for top and bottom lashes
Special quick-dry formula holds lashes in place

Application: This mascara has been one of my favorites since I bought it! My lashes will hate any kind of mascara that is too wet since it can bring my lashes way down and the curl will not hold. This formula is quite dry, making it easy to apply and doesn't get clumpy. Seriously, I tried to make it clumpy and it just wouldn't do it! I used the other side on my lower lashes making them separated and long.

I will always apply one coat of mascara because I don't like the way my lashes look with multiple layers. It can look too clumpy and thick for me. This mascara says to not let it dry between coats which makes it easier for me to use one coat and it's enough.

Recommend it? Yes! Overall, my lashes were longer, separated, volumized and my curl stayed all day. Another plus is the other side for lower lashes making it easy to get every lash. A definite win for me!

Maybelline Volum' Express Falsies Big Eyes Washable Mascara retails for $9.49 and can be found at drugstores or where Maybelline is sold.

Let me know if you will try this mascara!

  3. I really want to try this- I love the idea of a brush for both bottom and top lashes in 1 tube...I used to have one by Avon back in the day and it was my fave!
