What's Inside: BOXYCHARM August 2015

August 12, 2015

Here is this month's Boxycharm and I have to say I was really impressed by everything in the box. The theme is "Gorgeous Globetrotter" which is exploring destinations unknown and the products that will have you ready to go when traveling. As always, Boxycharm comes with full size products which is great for being a subscription box. Take a look at everything inside below!

Coastal Scents Revealed 3 Palette (Full size - $39.95 on sale for $19.95) - The Revealed 3 Palette features 20 all-new elegant eye shadows. For me, this was the most exciting product because a full size eyeshadow palette is a pretty great deal. I haven't had a palette from Coastal Scents in a long time so I wasn't sure what to expect on quality. Some of the shades were a miss, but most of them were quite good! I will have swatches in an upcoming blog post soon.

MicaBeauty Gel Eyeliner (Full size - $35) - Lasts longer than regular eyeliners and is a quick dry, smudge proof liner. Gel eyeliner is something that I rarely use since I stick with regular eyeliners, but I'm excited to try this one and see how well it works.

Seta Eyeliner Brush (Full size - $16) - Achieve a flawless line with this eyeliner brush and it's prefect for applying gel or cream based eyeliners. You can't use a gel eyeliner without a brush, so I think it's great that Boxycharm has included one.

Nios Shield Leave-In Conditioner (Full size - $26) - Year-round color and texture protection with a light, natural hold combined with SPF 15 sunscreen. Vitamin E and B5 hydrate and nourish the hair, while the built-in SPF sunscreen protects hair color and texture and scalp sunburn. Leave-in Conditioners are great for my hair since it can be frizzy and get tangled easily. I like that this one has an SPF 15 in it, helping to protect my hair and scalp when I'm out for hours in the hot sun.

So Susan Statement Skin (Full size - $20) - Add a glow to the skin with this highlighting crayon. Has Organic Chia Seed to help keep skin softly hydrated and Silk Peptide to promote skin suppleness and elasticity. My product was a bit smashed in the cap because it was twisted all the way up when I got it. It was okay though and not much product was wasted. This is a pretty highlighter that does have a lot of shimmer. A little too glittery for my liking, but still nice if applied lightly.

So there is everything in this month's Boxycharm. I am really happy and everything in the box are things I will get good use out of. If you got yours, let me know what you thought below!

BOXYCHARM is a subscription box that is $21 a month and has free shipping.

  1. I've seen a couple reviews of BoxyCharm, but still kind of hesitant to order a box.
