LATHER Chia Seed & Passion Fruit Cleansing Oil - Review

August 31, 2015

Today I have something new to show you from LATHER that will be coming out very soon. This is their Chia Seed & Passion Fruit Cleansing Oil which is a cleanser that dissolves and takes away makeup, dirt and impurities while moisturizing the skin. Even though it is an oil, it is still designed to work with all skin types. Find out more info and my review below!

More information about LATHER Chia Seek & Passion Fruit Cleansing Oil:
Abundant in omega fatty acids and antioxidants, this gentle cleanser dissolves and sweeps away dirt and makeup while nourishing, moisturizing and soothing skin. With the addition of water, the oil is transformed into a milky emulsion that can be easily rinsed away, leaving the skin’s natural and healthy oils in balance. Skin feels clean, soft and hydrated.

I have dry and sensitive skin so I love that this was able to cleanse my skin really well and at the same time give my skin the moisture it needs. Just like the directions say, I used a quarter-size amount on dry hands and massaged it onto my face which was dry as well. Once I added some water I could tell that it was removing my makeup and keeping my skin hydrated. This also has a great smell to it from the orange flower and tangerine peel essential oils. It isn’t strong, just subtle and fresh.

Once I rinsed off all of the oil, my skin felt amazing! It was super soft and smooth from the chia seed oil which contains high levels of omega-3 alpha linolenic fatty acid. The passion fruit seed oil has a fast absorbing, non-greasy texture to it and has omega-6 and vitamin C. It also has grape seed oil which has high levels of skin protecting antioxidant vitamin E. This is a great product that helps the skin stay hydrated while cleansing and taking off makeup and dirt.

LATHER Chia Seed & Passion Fruit Cleansing Oil retails for $21 and can be found online or in LATHER stores. This will be available September 1st, 2015.
