If you are looking for a matte liquid lipstick, ColourPop has done a pretty good job at making some that are pigmented, long lasting, and at a great price. There are so many colors to choose from (33!) and I have swatches of 4 I bought. The shades I have are: Clueless, Beeper, Tulle, and Zipper. I have more on my thoughts of these and swatches below!

ColourPop seems to never let me down with their products. These Ultra Matte Lip Liquid Lipsticks are some of the best I've used. I usually don't buy too many matte lip products because they can end up drying out my lips or the colors don't have the long lasting effect I'm looking for. Ultra Matte Lip have stayed on my lips the entire day without budging. Even through drinking and eating I didn't have the need to reapply. I've been wearing Clueless the most and it has lasted. I have applied it at 10am and around 8pm is when I notice I could reapply if I wanted. Clueless, Beeper, and Tulle have not given me any trouble with application. Zipper has a little since it can be a bit more sheer in certain places on my lips. It ends up evening out once I use a brush, it just takes a bit more work than the other three.
Just remember to always exfoliate your lips first since this will help to get a more even and smooth application. Exfoliating for me is a must and I do it every time just to make sure that my lips are ready for the matte finish. Also comparing these to other matte lip products, I didn't find these to dry out as I was wearing them. I thought they might just take out all of the moisture in my lips, but they kept my lips moisturized and were very comfortable to wear. Overall, I am really happy with these and would definitely buy more shades.
