When I went to CVS recently, I saw that they had these new Maybelline Color Show Nail Lacquers. I picked up four shades: Mauve In Manhattan, Lust For Lilac, Wine And Forever, and Taupe On Trend. Maybelline Color Show is the official nail color of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in New York this year. I've used Color Show nail polishes in the past and I know that they are great and last for days. Each one was applied with 2 coats. I had a bit of trouble applying Lust For Lilac, but the rest applied smoothly.

I picked up Lust For Lilac the other day. The orchid color is so pretty! I can't wait to use it. I currently have on Maybelline Color Show in Forever Frosted.

ReplyDeleteI always liked the neutral plum shade but never found in nail colour until I saw Mauve in Manhattan. It's that perfect combination of girly and professional colour that will look chic and trendy at both party or work situation. Because of it's neutral shade it's very wearable for all skin tones (although fair to medium skin tone would look best in this colour). That is for sure my favourite colour...
