If you haven't heard already, Maybelline has came out with some new Baby Lips. These are medicated lip balms that are supposed to quickly sooth and and provide relief to your lips. They come in 6 different shades and have an active ingredient of menthol external analgesic. Read on to see more pics and what I think of these.

More information on the Maybelline Baby Lips Medicated Lip Balms:
Maybelline New York Baby Lips Dr.
Rescue Medicated Lip Balm provides care that soothes sore lips with a
hint of eucalyptus and combats dryness. It's available in natural tints
to even out lip tone for healthier-looking lips. In one minute, lips
feel soothed; in one day, lips look less dry; in one week, lips are
reborn (based on panelists' self-evaluation).
My lips tend to get dry/chapped quite frequently, so a medicated lip balm is something that would be ideal for me. This kind of product might not be for everyone, some might not like the menthol in these. Since they do have the menthol, they smell exactly like Vick's rub, which at first was strong. Once I had the product on my lips, the smell went away and wasn't bothersome as in the beginning.
These claim to give your lips hydration for 12 hours. They definitely did not hydrate for 12 hours, more like 3-4 hours and then I needed to reapply. I like these medicated Baby Lips more than the original Baby Lips though. These give me more hydration and I can feel them actually making my lips smoother and softer than the normal Baby Lips.
These lip balms will definitely come in handy in the winter when it's cold and my lips need extra hydration and relief.
Maybelline Baby Lips Dr. Rescue Medicated Lip Balm retail for $3.49 (price will vary) and can be found at Walmart.
