e.l.f. has really expanded their skincare line and there are so many products to choose from. All of them are free from Parabens, Sulfates, and Phthalates. Today I'm talking about a few products including the Illuminating Moisturizer, Nourishing Oil to Foam Cleanser and more. I have been trying them out for a few weeks and now know which ones I loved and which are a pass. Find out more below!
First up are the e.l.f. Hydrogel Under Eye Masks ($8 for a set of 3). I really love these and how they hydrate the skin around the eye area. I can get pretty dry there and when I apply concealer it just doesn't look nice. So when I use these, I leave them on for 10-15 minutes and my skin feels softer and not at all dry. They fit nicely and don't slip and slide too much which makes them comfortable to wear for the entire amount of time.
The e.l.f. Illuminating Moisturizer ($8) has SPF 15 for sun protection and gives the skin a nice glow to it without being greasy or too heavy. I have dry, sensitive skin so this really helps it to look more moisturized and glowy all day long. I also love that it comes in a squeeze tube with a pump.
Another product in the skin care line is the e.l.f. Nourishing Oil to Foam Cleanser ($10). This is supposed to gently foam on the skin to help melt away makeup and dirt. I didn't have the best luck with this one. I found it to not really take off all of my makeup and it seemed to make my skin break out a little. It has a water like consistency and doesn't foam as much I would of liked.
Last but not least, is the e.l.f. Hydrating Water Essence ($10). It has all kinds of ingredients like Purified Water, Coconut Water, Algae and coffee to refresh and hydrate the skin. I absolutely love this for my dry skin and it absorbs quickly without leaving a residue. This is a product I didn't know I was missing in my skin care routine. Now that I have added it in, I use it everyday in the mornings.
