Today I have swatches and review of the new Too Faced Born This Way The Natural Nudes Eyeshadow Palette. It was inspired by the Born This Way Foundation line and has 16 highly-pigmented nude shades. I will definitely be honest and say that I have not bought anything from Too Faced in a long time. I just haven't found their recent products to be inspiring or different than what they usually do. I was really interested in picking this up because I like having an all nude eyeshadow palette and one with mattes and shimmers so I can mix it up. Find out more and see swatches below!
The packaging for the palette is nice and sleek. I really like how thin the palette is and also how the matte shades are bigger vs. the shimmer shades. It works out best like this since you are more likely to use more of the matte shadows than the shimmers. There is a nice sized mirror with "Too Faced" written on the top of it. Overall, it is just a nice, sturdy palette.
The Too Faced Born This Way The Natural Nudes Eyeshadow Palette ($45) has the right mix of dark and light nudes with mattes and shimmers. The shades are pigmented and easy to blend on the eyes. The shimmer shades can definitely be layered to be more intense and the matte shades work great on their own or with other shadows. This is well made and it's definitely versatile for being an all nude eyeshadow palette.
