ColourPop Hyaluronic Tinted Moisturizer - Review

June 8, 2020

Today I have a review of the ColourPop Hyaluronic Tinted Moisturizer. It is made to be lightweight and give a natural, fresh finish to the skin. I picked this up weeks ago at ULTA and have been wearing it since. It has been more hot recently and that's when I reach for a tinted moisturizer more than ever. I want something that will give some coverage but also doesn't feel heavy throughout the day. I didn't know if this would work for those like me with dry skin, but I decided to give it a try. Find out my thoughts below.

The ColourPop Hyaluronic Tinted Moisturizer ($14) comes in a plastic squeeze tube with a pump on the end. I love that it has a pump, which makes it easy to dispense only the amount you want/need. The cap helps secure the pump so that it doesn't get all over your bag or where you decide to store it.

I picked up the shade 5N which is a neutral tinted moisturizer for very light skin tones. This shade worked out perfectly and the coverage is just what I was looking for. It covered up redness and my freckles but not so much where it was full coverage. I did use this with a sponge for a lighter application and my skin looked natural and almost dewy. It lasted well all day long and faded gracefully (if it did at all). The product does work and look best when you first prep the skin (skincare, primer, etc.). Overall, I was really pleased with the results and this will be my go-to summer staple in my makeup routine.
