The new Revlon Kiss Exfoliating Balm ($4.99) uses real sugar crystals that polish away all of the dryness and then melt into the lips to keep them softer and smoother. I like the packaging and how it is in an easy to use applicator to swipe across. There is no need to tissue off any access because it will melt right into your lips. I layered quite a few different lip products on my lips and they all had no trouble with the exfoliating balm underneath. This makes it so much easier to exfoliate and I love how mess free it is.
