Finds at Walmart: Makeup Mat and Makeup Cloths

May 30, 2016

I recently made a trip to Walmart for a few things that were not makeup related, but I ended up in the cosmetic department anyway and spotted these two things. I found the Makeup Mat and Makeup Cloths on the end caps of the aisles. Honestly the prices were cheap for these so I figured why not and give them a try. Find out more about them and see if they are something you need!

Makeup Mat ($2.89):
Comes in Grey/Black and Black/Pink
Top layer has mesh grooves to help remove excess powder from brushes
Protects counter tops and furniture
Very absorbent Anti-skid bottom helps to keep mat in place
Machine washable and high durable

This Makeup Mat has come in really handy to place my makeup on top. I use a lot of makeup so they don't all fit, but it works great for those that are powder products. It catches any powder that falls and you can clean off brushes with the mesh grooves. I found that to be really helpful and it worked easy. What I like is you can wash it and it will come out clean.

Always Off Makeup Cloths ($2.89):
Comes with 3 makeup cloths
Plush microfiber gently lifts away dirt, oil, and makeup
Leaves skin clear, soft, and smooth
Eliminates need for disposable wipes
Use wet with water or favorite facial cleanser

The Makeup Cloths are a great deal for three and they work really well! I tried it to take off a full face of makeup and everything came off, even my mascara. These are great when I want to take off my makeup and be gentle with my skin. I just used water and my makeup was easily wiped off. Using a face cleanser would work too and they are pretty good quality for the price.

I just wanted to give these a blog post since I think they can be handy makeup items to have.

Have you tried or seen these at Walmart? Let me know!

  1. The makeup cloths sound lovely! I really need to cut back on using wipes.

  2. Have you ever tried The Makeup Eraser? How do these cloths compare? Are they machine washable?
