Covergirl + Olay Eye Rehab Concealer in Medium - Review

July 22, 2013

Today I have a review of the Covergirl and Olay Eye Rehab Concealer. I was really hoping this would be a great coverage concealer with still giving me hydration for my dry skin. I ended up buying the medium shade which was a bit too dark, but it still worked. Read on to see if this is a product that I recommend!

More information from the Covergirl website:
COVERGIRL makeup and Olay serum join forces in one powerful CC cream to color correct and conceal. Cover dark circles, brighten eyes instantly, and even out skin tone over time.

Application: Once I started applying it, it felt really light and not greasy. It feeling light was good, but there was no coverage. It looked like I just put a moisturizer on and not an actual concealer. After wearing it for a few hours, my skin felt hydrated but that's all I really got out of this. This could easily just be an eye serum and definitely not a concealer. Such a bummer since I was looking for something that was going to be good coverage.

Since I don't want to waste the product, I've been using this like an eye cream/serum and putting it on before my concealer to give extra hydration. I don't really know where the CC cream part comes in either since I didn't notice any color correct or concealing happening.

Recommend? No. This is not enough to call a concealer and just isn't worth buying for it to just be a moisturizer.

Covergirl + Olay Eye Rehab Concealer retails for $11.99 and can be found at CVS, Walgreens, Target, and where Covergirl is sold.

Let me know if you have tried this!
