What's New: Simple Skin Care Products

May 3, 2012

I've seen this brand Simple Skin Care in local drugstores more recently and decided to pick up a few products from their line. I ended up buying the travel size of the products (for $1.99 each) so that I could try them out first. The three I have to mention today are the facial wash gel, eye make-up remover, and the cleansing facial wipes. I have sensitive skin where I can't use anything on my face that has any sort of fragrance. If I did, my skin would be either allergic or really irritated, which is why I hardly ever change my skin care products. I usually use Aveeno products, but I thought since this brand is for people with sensitive skin concerns, I would give it a try. Here what I thought.

Simple Refreshing Facial Wash Gel
The facial wash gel was simply, okay. I like that it didn't dry out my skin and had no heavy smell, just light and fresh. I usually use a foaming face wash, but I actually prefer a gel facial wash now since using this one. I'm not sure if I would buy the full size of this. My skin felt nice, clean, and smooth, but my face always feels like that when I wash it. Not really anything that stands out.

Simple Cleansing Facial Wipes
These facial wipes are simply amazing! I can't stop using them. They clean my face gently and effectively better than any other facial wipes that I have used. I enjoyed these more than I thought I would. If you use facial wipes everyday, like I do, try these out. You will loved them as much as I do.

Simple Eye Make-Up Remover
As I said before, I usually will use makeup wipes over a liquid makeup remover just because it's faster and I'm lazy. But I really liked this makeup remover. Again, no real scent which I prefer, and my makeup practically melted off with this. So easy to use. Also, I hate when I use liquid makeup remover, because usually they leave that oily residue and it drives me insane. This doesn't leave any residue at all. My face just feels clean.

I hope these short and to the point reviews helped in some way. You can find Simple Skin Care at drugstores, Target, and Walmart. Also online at drugstore.com and amazon.com

Have you tried Simple Skin Care products? Let me know!

I got a sampler of the facial wipes in my recent Target beauty bag. I used the last one tonight and I will be using the enclosed coupon to buy the full-size. I like that it doesn't have any leftover residue either.
