Worth it? e.l.f. Halo Glow Loose Setting Powder and Powder Puff

May 27, 2023

I've had these two products for a while now and I recently started to use them on a daily basis. The e.l.f. Halo Glow Setting Powder comes in 6 shades and I picked up Light Pink. When I was at Target, I was also lucky enough to find the Halo Glow Powder Puff to go with the powder. I have a challenging time finding a face powder that is not going to look drying on my already dry skin. So I think that's the reason why I kept this away and didn't give it a chance. So are these two products worth it? Find out more below.

I was really happy with how the e.l.f. Halo Glow Loose Setting Powder ($8) worked on the skin. It is extremely soft and finely milled so you don't need to worry about it being chunky and hard to work with. I could definitely get away with using the shade Medium and it would match me well. I prefer this Light Pink shade, since it creates this soft glow and really brightens where I use it. I'm not one to use powder everywhere on my face because there are areas that just don't need it. But I love using this under my eyes and on the higher points of my face to give that soft glow without the shine. Is it worth it? For what you are getting, the price point, and how well it actually works.. I would say yes, it is worth it.

For the e.l.f. Halo Glow Powder Puff ($4), if you can find it I would pick it up to pair with this powder or honestly any powder you already use. The puff is so soft and I like the shape of it making it easy to use right under the eyes. So it's worth it for the price and if you can find it either online or in stores. Let me know your thoughts on both of these products.
