Revlon ColorBurst Lipgloss Review and Swatches

These new lipglosses from Revlon have been out for quite a while, but I finally decided this week was the time to buy a few since there was a BOGO 50% off at Walgreens. Plus I had a $1 off coupon so I ended up getting both for a good deal. So sleek for being a drugstore brand, Revlon did a great job with the packaging design.

Here are the two I bought:
Peony and Sunset Peach

Revlon ColorBurst Lipglosses are described as:
A pop of weightless color with vivid, mirror-like shine.
•Micro-crystal formula for 5X the shine of patent leather
•Plush applicator shaped to curves of your lips for smooth, even application of color
•Revlon ColorBurst’s Elasticolor™ technology for rich color with a weightless feel
•Moisturizers and anti-oxidants such as sweet almond oil and vitamin E conditions and improves lip texture
•Available in 15 vibrant, on-trend shades

Here are swatches of the two:
 My Review:
I was so afraid these were going to smell really sweet or candy-like. Luckily they don't. They actually don't really smell like anything I can compare to. They have a subtle smell which I'm guessing is the almond oil, so it doesn't bother me at all. These definitely give you that high shine they say they will and are so lightweight on your lips. I was expecting these to not be pigmented at all, but they do give me color. I used the Revlon coral lipstick with Sunset Peach on top for great peachy glossy lips. A lot of companies say that their lip products will make your lips smoother and improve the texture of your lips. I have to say that these honestly do! My lips have been on the drier side lately, and after only a couple days using these, my lips actually FELT and were smoother! I feel like I need to collect them all, they are so amazing. You need to try these.

Have you tried these Revlon ColorBurst Lipglosses? What do you think?

I really think I'm going to pick one of these up. I was also scared they would smell candy like too.
