Worth it? GOOP GOOPGENES All-in-One Nourishing Face Cream and Eye Cream

August 10, 2020

Today I have a review of two products that I thought I would never try: Goop Beauty All-in-One Nourishing Face Cream and Eye Cream. The only reason I say that is because of how expensive these products are. I do have skincare products that are worth the price out of my budget. So it just depends on how the product performs and if it's worth the price. After using these for 4 weeks, these products are worth it for me to include them in my skincare routine and I'm going to tell you why below.

I'm going to start off with the GOOP GOOPGENES All-in-One Nourishing Face Cream ($95). This is made to be a rich, all-in-one supercream that will leave skin feeling firm, moisturized and smooth. The skin type this is geared toward is normal to dry. Since my skin is dry/sensitive, this is a great face cream that works so good for me. It is hydrating and feels so luxurious on the face. I found it to keep my makeup in place and my skin looking glowy all day long. I use this morning/night and a little bit goes a long way. To be honest, I didn't want to love it because it's almost $100! But if you see skincare as an investment, then this could be for you. This product for me is worth it.

The GOOP GOOPGENES All-in-One Nourishing Eye Cream ($55) is a different story than the face cream. I ended up liking this eye cream but I didn't love it. It is a good all around eye cream that hydrates around the eyes and keep everything smooth and soft. I just didn't find it to be a stand out eye cream from anything else I have used. What I do really like about both of these products is how they are fragrance free. This is a great thing coming from skincare products and I was really happy to see that. Overall, it's a good product, but I can find something a bit more on the affordable side for an eye cream. This is a not worth it product for me.

Let me know if you have tried these or plan to!
