I recently took a trip to one of the Morphe stores near me and decided to try out a few makeup items from them. I have only tried makeup brushes in the past and they were always good for the price. Morphe has expanded to lipstick, concealer, foundation, eyeshadows, etc. You can find a wide range of products for a cheaper price. But are their products just as good as high end? Or worth purchasing? Find out my thoughts on three Morphe products below.
Morphe Cream Lipstick in Hey Sugar ($9) - This is a cream lipstick that is pigmented and lasts pretty good throughout the day. I have the shade Hey Sugar which is a rich mauve color. This is one of those shades that gives a nice color to the lips and wears off nicely. Does it compare or is good enough like a high end lipstick? I think it's good for the price but I would prefer something with more hydration and longer lasting.
Morphe Fluidity Full Coverage Concealer in C2.15 ($9) - Finding a good concealer that is under $10 is hard to find but I really love this one from Morphe. It gives good coverage and blends out smoothly. You can build it up and I like how it is free of fragrance and parabens. It has a soft matte finish and looks natural on the skin. I would definitely repurchase this.
Morphe Lip Gloss in Freestyle ($8) - I am a huge fan of lip gloss and this is now a favorite of mine. It has a buttery formula that glides onto the lips perfectly and has a nice color to it. It's not too sticky which I like. They have a lot of shine and it lasts well. I needed to reapply within a few hours but that's normal with a lip gloss.
