e.l.f. Prism Eyeshadow Palette in Sunset - Photos and Swatches

November 20, 2015

Today I have a look at the e.l.f. Prism Eyeshadow Palette in Sunset. It comes with 6 eyeshadows that look like a powder but feel like a cream. They are silky smooth, pigmented, and all have great shimmer. You can apply them wet or dry and I found them to last longer with an eyeshadow primer. The palette comes with a mirror inside to make it easy to take when traveling. See swatches below.

More information about the e.l.f. Prism Eyeshadow Palette:
Use to contour, line, and highlight for a radiant finish. The luminous, shimmery formula creates a gorgeous range of looks for both day and night.

The shadows were swatched with no primer to show how pigmented they are. I love the shades in the palette and they popped more with an eyeshadow base. I didn't find the shadows to have a lot of fallout when applying them, and they lasted throughout the day with no problems. Since they are all shimmery, I would use this palette more for the shadow on the middle of the lids vs. working them into the crease to darken. The first two shades are also great as highlighters either under the brow bone or on the cheekbones. This is a great eyeshadow palette with a good selection of shades and worth the price.

e.l.f. Prism Eyeshadow Palette retails for $10 and can be found on the e.l.f. website
