Worth It? NYX Cosmetics Bare With Me Luminous Tinted Skin Serum

Today I have a review of the NYX Bare With Me Luminous Tinted Skin Serum. This is a serum that instantly evens out skin tone and texture while leaving a luminous glow. It's going to provide a sheer coverage that is made to last all day long. The formula is infused with Tremella mushroom which provides skin-loving benefits. There are 5 shades to choose from and they are made to be universal. The price is a bit steep so is it worth it? Find out below.

 

 

The packaging is definitely different and interesting. It comes in a glass bottle with a squeeze top, kind of like a dropper. I liked the packaging at first because it was easy to use and it seemed like the product came out with whatever amount you are wanting. But after a while, even with the top having a cap, it started to leak and build up. 

 

The NYX Cosmetics Bare With Me Luminous Tinted Skin Serum ($17) that I have is in the shade universal light medium. I do find that the formula is lightweight and not greasy at all. It does indeed give a luminous and glowy finish to the skin. There honestly is no coverage though to the serum. Even with it being tinted, it doesn't cover my imperfections or anything at all. It has a strong scent to it, almost like a sunscreen. This wasn't what I expected unfortunately. Even with the skincare benefits that this tinted skin serum has, I feel like it is not worth it. There are better tinted face products that are going to work better in the long run.
