Today I have a review of the COVERGIRL Clean Fresh Cooling Glow Sticks. They come in 4 different shades are made to be a shimmer highlighter that will instantly cool the skin and give the right amount of glow. I feel like this is one of those products that can be overlooked when there is a big launch. Everyone is focused on the foundation and cream blushes (which have been great), but will forget about a product like this. I love using highlighter sticks since they are easy to apply and quick to use. No mess or fuss. Find out more about these and see swatches below.
So the 4 shades of the COVERGIRL Clean Fresh Cooling Glow Sticks are: 100 Pink Thrill, 200 Opal Dreams, 300 Transparent and 400 So Gilty. Pink Thrill, Opal Dreams and So Gilty are shimmery shades and I like how the shimmer to not overly done. It's more of a glow that they give to the skin. The Transparent shade is great for those like me with dry skin since you can use it where you want more glow and radiance. But all of the shades look and feel great. I really like the cooling effect and I can see myself reaching for these a lot when those hot summer days come. The lasting power on these is pretty good but I did need to reapply after 4-5 hours. They don't claim to be super long lasting which for me is okay. My favorite shades to use are Transparent and Opal Dreams.
