Wet N Wild Brush Up! Brush Cleansing Cloths - Review

December 26, 2015

Wet N Wild has came out with these new brush cleansing cloths that clean your brushes and remove makeup with ease. These are great for eye and face brushes that need to be cleaned quickly for use. Of course they don't replace deep cleaning them, but these do come in quite handy. Find out more and how well they actually work below!

I would use the cleansing cloths more for eye brushes, so I decided to try it out on my Real Techniques Pointed Crease Brush. The cloths are a pretty good size like a regular makeup wipe and I just swiped the brush back and forth until there was no more product coming off of the brush. I was impressed by how well my brush was cleaned and it was a bit damp, so I needed to leave it to dry for only about 3-4 minutes.

Then I decided to try the wipes on a bigger brush, so I reached for my Real Techniques Powder Brush. I didn't realize until after I took the pictures that I should of picked a different brush than another Real Techniques. These are just the ones that I tend to use the most. I ended up with the same great results: a clean brush and it was quick. This one took a little longer to dry, more like 5-7 minutes.

Overall, these wipes are going to be great for brushes that have powder products. I wouldn't really use these for my concealer or foundation brushes only because those need to be cleaned with baby soap and water a few times a week.

Wet N Wild Brush Up! Brush Cleansing Cloths retail for $2.99 and can be found at Walgreens and other retail stores.

Let me know if you have tried these!
