Rimmel London Scandaleyes Shadow Sticks (3 Shades) - Swatches and Review

May 14, 2014

Today I have a post about the Rimmel London Scandaleyes Shadow Sticks. I like to use eyeshadow like this in a pencil packaging when I’m in a rush and I just need to throw on some color on my lids. The 3 shades I have are: Blackmail, Bulletproof Beige, and Witness White. See more photos and swatches below!

More information on the Rimmel Scandaleyes Shadow Sticks:
High impact color and precision tip applicator. Ultra soft formula glides on smoothly with high shine and a luminous finish. There are 9 shades available.

These shadow sticks ended up being some of the best that I have tried. They applied super creamy and smooth and were easy to blend. They weren’t too soft where it makes applying the product slippery or messy. Once I applied on my eyelids, the product didn’t budge all day. These are great since they are waterproof and you can easily use them as an eyeliner as well. I used Blackmail as a liner (with a liner brush) and it worked great.

These are great, but there is one downside that I know a lot of people don’t like about these. They aren’t twistable to get more product, which means you have to sharpen them. They are quite big so to sharpen them can be a challenge if you don’t have the right sharpener. I have a sharpener that does fit them, so it didn’t bother me. But I just wanted to mention it in case your wondering. Other than that though, I didn’t see anything about these that was super negative or bad. These are good quality and still affordable.

Rimmel London Scandaleyes Shadow Sticks retail for $4.49 each and can be found at Ulta, CVS, Walgreens, and other retail stores.

Let me know if you have tried these!
