This post is a little late since this is the October box, but I still wanted to post a short review of this new subscription box. Beauty Box 5 is a subscription-based, beauty sampling program that
delivers a box filled with 5 cosmetic samples to your door every month. There are so many different samples boxes out there, it's good to know what kind of options there are and which one fits you the best. Read on to find out more and get a closer look at what was in the box below.
This month's box was focused on Fall beauty pampering essentials. First thing I saw was this sample of Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Lotion. I am a big fan of Aveeno products and I have tried this lotion before. I'm going to keep this sample for when I need to take with me in my purse or a travel bag.
Another product was this ModelCo’s LIP ENHANCER Illusion Lip Liner. Your supposed to use this to line your lips and have them appear fuller than before. Since this is a nude lip pencil, this is good to just line your lips with before any type of lipstick. I love that it comes with a sharpener in the cap which can really come in handy. This lip pencil retails for $20! Making this box way worth the price of $12 already.
These Glitter Toe Spacers definitely come in handy when you are doing an at home pedicure. I do my toes at home all the time so these are needed and I love how sparkly they are!
One of the products that I was excited about are these La Fresh Travel Lite Facial Cleansing Wipes. I have used La Fresh for a couple of years now and they make the best facial wipes that you can buy. I haven't tried these yet, but I do use their Actetone-Free Nail Polish Remover Pads.
Last but not least, was this sample of Nubar nail polish in Blondie. I have to say it really impressed me that this is a new glitter from Nubar that is in their Alter Ego Collection Winter 2013. Usually when I see nail polish in a subscription box, it's a older shade or just not that new. I'm excited to try this one out and I will use it in a future NOTD post.
Recommend? For what you get in the box, I definitely recommend this beauty box. The box is $12 a month, but as you can see you get way more samples for the price. This is a fun beauty box and overall the brands are quite good.
You can find out more about Beauty Box 5 on their website. Also you can find them on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
Let me know what you think!

I thought it was a pretty good box too, just posted my review. I already got the November box so I'm doing a vid/blog on Sunday on that!
