Must Have or Must Leave: Wet N Wild Makeup Remover Micellar Cleansing Water

April 12, 2017

Today I have a review of a new Wet N Wild makeup remover that has micellar cleansing water. It can be used on eyes, lips, and face where you need to remove makeup quickly. It can remove everything from foundation to waterproof mascara while still being gentle on the skin. This is a bi-phase micellar cleanser so you need to shake it well before using. Find out more about my thoughts below.

There are some good and bad that comes with this makeup remover. The good is the packaging and how it has a mess-free locking pump. Also, it takes off everything like it claims including waterproof products. There are a few downsides to this though. It can feel very oily on the skin when applying and even after you can still feel it everywhere you applied. I don't enjoy feeling oily/greasy when I'm trying to take off my makeup after the day is over, so I needed to go over my face with a different remover. When I was doing this I felt like it defeated the purpose of even using the WNW one to begin with. Another not so great thing is, while the price is great, your only getting 2.88 fl. oz.

Overall, it did its job but I feel like their are better makeup removers out there. Also ones that feel better on the skin and that don't leave a greasy feeling. So is it a must have or must leave? This is a must leave for me.

Wet N Wild Makeup Remover Micellar Cleansing Water retails for $4.99 and can be found at Walgreens, CVS, and other retail stores.
