Today I have a closer look at the Daily Superfoliant from Dermalogica. This is going to help remove pollutants from your skin and help keep them away for firmer, healthy-looking skin. It is a superfine powder exfoliant that activates when you add water to it. You might think that this is the same as the Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant, but they are definitely different. I will explain more and you can read my review below!
Your skin is at greater risk of accelerated skin aging with the more air pollution there is. It's because air pollution can get into the skin develop visible brown spots, wrinkles, and other signs of aging faster. So the Dermalogica Daily Superfoliant will help leave skin ultra-smooth, detoxify pores, and help prevent adherence of skin aging pollutants.
Since this is a gentle powder exfoliant, you can use this everyday if you feel your skin needs it. I have sensitive skin, so I prefer to use it every 3 days for now until my skin can get used to having this in my skincare routine. I love how amazing my skin feels after using this and it's more soft and smooth than before. It's so easy to use since you pour out only a small amount and mix it with water to make a creamy paste. Then you massage gently for about one minute and rinse with warm water. Right now my skin has been so dry that it needs exfoliating every other day. This helps to keep my skin protected but also keeps my skin feeling great.
So what's the difference between Daily Superfoliant and Daily Microfoliant? Well Daily Superfoliant resurfaces the skin to help prevent premature signs of pollution-induced skin aging while Daily Microfoliant gives an instant smooth and brightening to the skin.
