The palette is a cardboard packaging which feels light but durable and has a magnetic close. The shades are pretty good for contouring since they help to shape and shade where I want without being too much. The highlight shades are nice and don't look chalky on the skin at all. They give a subtle but noticeable highlight which is great for everyday wear.
