Today I have a review of one of the new Bold Metal Collection brushes from Real Techniques. I have seen these previously at an Ulta, and I immediately thought they were gorgeous but also pricey. These are more luxe brushes than vs. the regular Real Techniques brush line. Find out my thoughts on the 201 Pointed Crease Brush below!

The 201 Pointed Crease Brush has densely packed, tapered bristles which is great for applying eye shadow when wanting a smokey effect. I have used this in my crease with neutral and dark shadows and every time I get a flawless blended effect with such little effort. Before receiving this one, I didn't have a really good crease brush. The ones I do have are okay, but I can see the quality that this Real Techniques one has. It definitely has a good amount of weight to it where is feels more high-end when you are holding and using it. The bristles are soft and the brush is not too big when using in the crease.
The price point is where you might second think buying these brushes. Yes, they are higher in price compared to the regular Real Techniques line, but I understand the reasons behind it. I personally love this brush. Maybe if I would of received a brush that I don't use or need, than I would be saying different. I love a good crease brush and this one is one of the best that I have used.
