This shade is a neutral pink and it glides on very smooth. I actually prefer lip products that are like this one, where they give enough color to my lips and a shine that will last for hours. I don’t usually wear pink lipsticks or lip colors, but this one is a subtle pink that doesn’t look like too much. I found this to really be hydrating as it’s meant to be. I didn’t use a lip balm before applying, since I wanted to see how well it could hold up on its own. It did quite well for about 4 hours and then I needed to reapply. Also, even though it has a shiny finish, I didn’t find the lip shine to be sticky in any way. It was shiny like a lip gloss but applied and felt like a lipstick. For the price, this is definitely a luxury and high end product, but one that if you buy it, you won't be disappointed in the quality.
