L.A. Girl Cosmetics Glazed Lip Paints (2 Shades) - Photos and Swatches

Today I have a few photos and swatches of the LA Girl Cosmetics Glazed Lip Paints. I was having a hard time finding these near me, and I stumbled upon them at the mall. I bought the two shades they did have: Coy and Babydoll. These are supposed to be comparable to OCC Lip Tars. See more pics and my thoughts below!

More info on the L.A. Girl Glazed Lip Paints from their website:
Making their much anticipated debut, Glazed Lip Paints give the intensely pigmented appearance of a lipstick, with the ease and glossy finish of a lipgloss. Glazed collection includes 6 of the most sought-after, trendsetting colors this season while providing long lasting, hyper glossy, ultra rich color to lips. Extreme bright colors cool and nourish lips with vitamin E and peppermint oil.

So the verdict is in... I love these lip paints! They are similar to OCC Lip Tars but I found these to be a bit more thinner and I needed to use a bit more. Even still, these were opaque and easy to apply with a lip brush. I definitely recommend using a lip brush since these can get messy if you don't. Babydoll was a little too light for me, but Coy was perfect! I like how they are not matte, making it easier for everyday wear. They were so comfortable on the lips that I even forgot I was wearing a bright lip color. L.A. Girl is coming out with a lot of new shades soon so I will be ordering once I see them!

L.A. Girl Cosmetics Glazed Lip Paints retail for $4.00 each and can be found at various retail stores and online

Have you tried these?

♥ Stephanie
