Revlon Colorstay Whipped Creme Makeup - Review

October 16, 2012

After hearing that this product was good for people with dry skin, I knew I had to give it a try. This foundation has a mousse like texture and claims it will stay on for 24 hours. I don't usually need my makeup to stay on for 24 hours, just as long as it stays on by time I want to take it off. Let's see if this is something that I will continue to use or not at all.

More info on Revlon Colorstay Whipped Creme Makeup:
-Buildable to full coverage for flawless skin
-Soft, matte finish all day long
-Withstands heat and humidity – great for summer
-Comes in 16 beautiful shades

This is definitely a product that I have been using everyday. The weather hear in L.A. is still hot and I need my foundation to basically not melt off my face. This has been holding up and lasting all day long without feeling heavy or caked on. I also love that this gives you a matte finish. 330 True Beige is a pretty good match for me, bringing a bit of color back into my face. I just use my fingers to apply and then use my Beauty Blender to make it flawless and even all over. This has to be one of my favorite foundations from Revlon. If you have dry skin, definitely give this a try.

Revlon Colorstay Whipped Creme Makeup retails for $12.99 and can be found in drugstores.

Let me know what you think!

  1. I've been wondering about this foundation! I have oily skin so I try to stay away from thick foundations. I usually just wear tinted moisturizer. Thanks for the review! :)

  3. Do you think that this would work for oily skin? >_<

  4. I think it would still work for oily skin, just as long as you set it with powder. It feels like a tinted moisturizer with more coverage.

  5. I ended up paying $12.99 at CVS. And I'm so mad at myself because I forgot I had a $5 off Revlon face product coupon in my wallet. Ughhh.. Lol

  6. This product is so interesting, but since I have oily skin and hate the slightest bit of sheen, I think I'll skip! :)

  8. Great review Stephanie! This looks like an awesome foundation, I've been looking for a new favorite since my Perfection Lumiere is running low, so I might pick this up once my no-buy ends ;)
