March 2012 Favorites

March 28, 2012

I had a good number of products that I used this month, so I decided to do a March favorites post. I didn't do one last month because all products were the same routine as usual. Really happy that I found products that are now included in my regular makeup routine. Let me know if there are any that you have tried or use frequently!

Kirkland Signature Daily Facial Cleansing Towelettes - This is the first time I've used these makeup wipes from Costco. I knew that they were good, since I've heard from other bloggers that they use these. I have sensitive skin and these were gentle and effective taking off all my makeup. I'm going to buy these all the time now.

Sephora Collection Eyelash Curler in Emerald - I did a review of this eyelash curler here. Still holding out good and my eyelashes stay curled with this one.

Senna Cosmetics Sketch-A-Brow Pencil - I have been using this all month for my brows and I love the way this works. The pencil is slim and firm, so it's easy to fill in my brows with. The color Dark Taupe is perfect with my medium brown hair and skin tone. Such a great brow tool to have.

Smashbox Photo Finish Hydrating Foundation Primer - I already have a review, so I won't bore you with my love for this.

Peter Thomas Roth Matte Lip Balm - This is a great lip balm to have on hand when I'm going to do a bold lip. I love that it's matte with no shine, so I put this on at the same time I moisturize my face. I let it sink into my lips and then I'm ready for a bright/bold lipstick.

Makeup Forever Rouge Artist Natural Lipstick in N20 - Another product I have already done a review for. Click here.

Cover FX Setting FX Translucent Setting Powder - I don't usually use setting powder because I'm always afraid of it making my skin look even more dry than it already is. But this setting powder is non-drying and helps keep my makeup in place. Also gives a matte finish which I really like.

Napoleon Perdis China Doll Foundation -This is a long-wearing foundation that is light weight. It gives me more coverage than my usual Maybelline FIT Me Foundation. Since this color is a tad dark for me, I mix it with FIT Me.

Let me know what you think of these products! I hope you enjoyed this post.
