Review - Smashbox Photo Finish Hydrating Foundation Primer

Smashbox is known for their face primers, and this Photo Finish Hydrating Primer is the newest added to their collection. I was excited to try this out, being that my skin is dry and gets even drier in the winter. The Smashbox Photo Finish Foundation Primer works great on my skin, so I expected this one to be even better considering it is supposed to be hydrating.

Oh Revlon, so many new products I can barely keep up! People have been going on a frenzy over these new Revlon ColorBurst Lip Butters. I told myself I would resist the hype, but I had a $3 off Revlon coupon so I couldn't let it go to waste. I ended up getting Creme Brulee, which is a nude color. Now, let's get to the review.

Dr.'s Remedy Jolly & Joy Holiday 2011 Collection - Swatches

Dr.'s Remedy now has their holiday collection available and the colors are amazing. I love how they included this emerald green nail polish which is sort of bright, but definitely fits the collection. There are 5 different polishes, and it was so hard for me to choose my favorite! Before I get into the swatches, I will tell you the name of each one (in bold) and the description of each polish from Dr.'s Remedy.

Revlon Color Burst Lipgloss Limited Edition Holiday Swatches - Eggnog and Decadent

Revlon came out with their Spice It Up collection for the holidays, consisting of limited edition Color Burst lipglosses and nail polishes. I ended up getting two of the lipglosses, in Eggnog and Decadent. I only wanted one other, Cocktail Dress, but they didn't have it. Which was odd because it was a brand new display. So I wasn't sure why it wasn't there. Anyways, here are swatches of these two glosses.

Wet N Wild Limited Edition Coloricon Baked Eyeshadow Palette in Baking A Cake - Swatches

Good news: I was finally able to find these Wet N Wild baked palettes at a local Walgreens. Bad news: They only had two left. I ended up buying them both, but keeping one for Freebie Friday to giveaway on Facebook. So I only have swatches of one, which is the Baking A Cake palette.

I have been wanting to get a new mascara lately, and I originally wanted to get a high-end brand mascara. While at Walgreens though, I saw this mascara and the display intrigued me. Why? 80% because of Gwen Stefani advertising this mascara, 10% because of the interesting claims, and 10% because I didn't feel like waiting to go to the department store for a more expensive one.

Review: Peter Thomas Roth Mega-Rich Shampoo and Conditioner

I've been struggling lately with trying to find a really good shampoo and conditioner for my hair. Some products will work for a while, and then I need to switch and I keep switching. I think I have more of a struggle because I always need a shampoo/conditioner that can do it all to tame my frizzy, wavy, hair. I tried out these Peter Thomas Roth shampoo and conditioner (trial sizes) to see how well they would work.
