Maybelline Fit Me Foundation Review

Ever since I have heard about this new Fit Me line from Maybelline, I knew I had to try it out for myself. I decided to give the foundation a try first before any of the other products. I needed a new one anyways, so perfect opportunity. Here is a little background on my skin. I have dry, sensitive skin with a little bit of redness. I've never had trouble with oily skin. Also, my foundation background is I have only tried and used one kind of foundation, and that is from Dior. I have always loved Dior since I first used it and never changed until now. Okay, so now onto the review!
 My review:
So my shade is 230 Natural Buff which is a great match, and helps to even out my skin tone really well. First thing I noticed is you don't need a lot to get a good coverage. Once on your skin, it feels very lightweight and blends really easily. I have always avoided putting foundation on my T-zone because any product there will make it look super dry and flaky. I used this on my T-zone, and it seemed to actually give me more moisture in my skin. Fit Me foundation also gives a great sheen to my skin, without looking oily or too shiny. Has SPF 18 which is an awesome bonus. I am so happy that I can buy this for $7.99 and never pay $46 ever again!

I bought this Fit Me foundation at Walgreens for $7.99

Have you seen or tried this foundation? Let me hear your thoughts!

  1. I'd love to try it, but my oily skin won't like it, so... :( The packaging looks really nice though! x

  6. I have this and now it's a HG foundation for me. My number is 130, I just picked up 135 to see if there's a major difference. I have the pressed powder too, love that as well/

  7. I just got this recently too and find the coverage to be very minimal. I wouldn';t recommend it for those with oily skin, but dry skin (like mine) definitely.

  8. I'm the same way - foundation on my t-zone always looks terrible! I'm going to pick this up over the weekend and give it a try! :)

  10. I should get the powder too. What about the concealer? Do you think you will get it? I kind of want to try it since the foundation was great! :)

  11. I havent tried the concealer, but want to. I don't really use concealer, but I want to try it just for review purposes. I have some blushes and a bronzer, and like those. They're not heavily pigmented though, because they're supposed to look natural. They're great for a no makeup look

  12. I have been having SUCH horrible experiences with foundation lately, even foundations that have worked for me in the past. My skin is SO dry. I don't know what to do... been drinking water like it's my job and no change. What moisturizer do you use? I was using clinique dramatically different for combo skin and changed to neutrogena... pulling out my hair!!

  13. I LOVE this foundation. Coverage is great for my needs, it hides my pores, and doesn't make my skin look flaky even on the dryer parts. I feel like I found my HG liquid foundation with this one. <3 Great review!

  14. I was using Clinique too and it wasn't working for me. Now I use Aveeno Daily Moisturizer and it works really well on dry skin! I use Aveeno foaming face wash too! I exfoliate once a week with any type of scrub to get all the dry skin off. Once a month I use a mask on my face also. Still keep drinking that water! It will help in a long run! :)
